The importance of proper maternity clothes cannot be understated. Only by finding the proper outfit will expecting mothers stay comfortable and look good in the process. I found this challenge a little daunting myself when I was recently pregnant. I tried a few different types of maternity garments. Through that process, I found that to my taste Vertbaudet had the clothing that offered the most comfort to me while I was pregnant. These are all regular machine wash garments, nothing fancy or anything.
Like I said, I was experimenting, so I tried a few different types of garments from the company. In terms of tops, I found the Maternity Blouse to be a particularly cosy choice, as well as a good looking one. This top has a neckline that is frilled, which is a pretty touch. This design also allows pregnant women to tailor the neckline fit to their personal size. This top is offered in green, grey and white.
For a choice that offers more warmth, there’s also the Maternity Cardigan. This sweater is buttoned at the top, but generally has a loose fit that made it easy to put on even late in my pregnancy. The material is really soft and comfy too. This sweater comes in both a white solid design and a grey solid design. Like lots of Vertbaudet’s tops, I found that this sweater gave a lot of support to my tummy, which of course made walking a whole lot easier. This is one of those factors that pregnant women have to look into, or else they run the risk of being exhausted with every step.

Another choice that helps you to stay warm is the Maternity Soft sweater. This is a long sleeved sweater made from 60% viscose and 40% cotton. The name of the sweater alerts you to its softness, and it’s not a lie. I think this sweater looks really nice, too. The rolled edge design of this sweater makes it look modern, even though the colour is plain grey. There’s also a neat intarsia design on the back of the sweater.
For tops that are a bit more stylish, the sleeveless Maternity Blouse really appealed to me. It has a really pretty floral design. When people hear that they think that it must look old-fashioned, but actually this top has quite a modern look. The butterfly sleeves help to make this top look more contemporary, I think. A bonus of wearing it is that it’s all cotton, which means that it’s very soft on the skin. Though it’s designed to look nice, the sleeveless Maternity Blouse also offers the aforementioned support for the stomach.

The final top that I tried from Vertbaudet during my pregnancy was the Maternity T-shirt. Some might think that a t-shirt may not be able to properly support the midsection of a pregnant woman, but I tell you they are wrong. This shirt is really handy for just lounging around the house, I found. It is made of organic cotton, which is super soft. This cotton has a lot of stretch to it, making it another shirt that can be worn well into the pregnancy. The colours available for this shirt are purple, pink and white, and they all have graphics on them.

What I’ve discussed is of course just a small taste of what Vertbaudet offers in the line of maternity clothes. The company’s website is pretty easy to browse through, so you can go there for more information, if you’re curious.
